wishing to speak to expat hairdressers

I am looking to work in Singapore but im having some difficoulties retaining an employment/spass because it seems my qualification/certificate isn't seem to be recognised in Singapore .
I would appriciate any help advice.

I don't believe the MOM will give out a work visa for a hairdresser or a masseuse.

they should as there are quite a few working in Singapore from europe...

Are they employees or are they business partners/business owners? Are the on Dependents Passes on Letters of Consent or are they on EP or WP visas?

I know about 4 hairdressers for definate. they are on employment pass.
