Moving to Singapore, need advice on condos

Post by Divya Mohan » Tue, 09 Feb 2010 5:15 pm

Hi!

We are currently in Bangalore, India and planning to relocate to Singapore in a few months. Our kids would be going to NPS International School (in Chai Chee Lane ). Just wanted some advice on which family friendly condos we should look for. We are interested in staying in the east coast (Districts 15, 16). Any suggestions on Villa Marina condo or Costa del sol? Should ideally be a good place for kids. Our boys are of age 9 and 2. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Divya

Hi, you can also try The Bayshore, Bayshore Park (bit older), Mandarin Gardens (bit older), Eastern Lagoon (bit older). All the best!

Hi Divya. We too came from Bangalore last year. Our kids are in NPS and we stay in Costa. Between Costa, The Bayshore and Bayshore park - there is one full bus load of NPS kids :-) That should tell u something !!

East coast in nice to live. There are tons of condos, plenty of sea, air and lively social circle. We saw a whole bunch of condo ourselves before deciding on Costa - it has smaller units compared to older and bigger condos and yet its expensive due to the great sea view and facilities.
