Korean cooking class??

Post by Electra » Tue, 09 Feb 2010 9:55 am

Dear all,

I am looking into running a Korean cooking class in Singapore and wondering if I can ask everyone what food they like to learn if you are interested...

I love cooking and of course I am Korean, realised love for Korean culture in Singapore.

Welcome your feedback!!

well, I'm not really interested in learning how to cook 'em, but I'll eat them all if you do the cooking!

I eat bossam, samgyupsal, jokbal, dubookimchi, boodeh jjigeh, kimchi jiggeh, all kinds of jiggehs! sulungtang, galbitang, gamjatang, altang, whatever!

er...so when are you cooking? :D

Are you still interested in a cooking class

Post by blosejk » Wed, 03 Mar 2010 2:31 am

Are you still interested in a cooking class? I just spent the past two years in Korea and I love the food but have not perfected my cooking of it. I mostly learned online and some from friends.

Please let me know. I can't PM as I am a new user...

2 years in Korea? Wow, that must have been an interesting experience.

Yes, I have been away studying in Sydney few weeks, sorry for late response. I am still doing some more research on Korean cooking classes.

Hope I can generate some interest to start in few months.

Hi, I'm so happy that there's a korean cooking class :)
Do you know how to make Kam Ja Tang? I can't find it in Singapore...miss it so much.
I want to learn korean Pancake, Chap Jae, Ddeokbokki , dak galbi, and the many many side dishes.. but I don't mind learning anything you teach =)
So looking forward.. thanks!
