I'm going to move singapore in the end of this month.
Wondering where can I get the SIM card.
How many mobile network in singapore if I want 3G service?
Which one is better: to sign contact with one of the mobile network company or buy pay-as-you-go card?

At any of the mobile operator providers.

Surprisingly this depends on your needs.

Too general. You'll have to search for SingTel, Starhub and M1 using your favorite search engine.

Well, if you want to use 3G and not wifi then it's safe to say that you need to be on a monthly plan.
Should you be interested in getting a new iPhone then check out all the networks.
The only time this becomes a no-brainer is if you want to sign up and use your current iPhone, then only M1 will give you a tariff rebate of at least $350:

Otherwise it's all open-warfare between the networks...

Still depends... for example, if you own a netbook I would consider one "standard" prepaid for a phone line and one data only postpaid - Singtel offers right now data plan with free data bundle of 30GB and a basic 3G modem for ~SGD13/months with 2 year contract.

Yeah, but then he wouldn't be able to use 3G internet on his iPhone without running his pre-paid card dry in no time.
I really wish there was a prepaid card out there that allowed a proper data add-on. I use Starhub's Green Prepaid right now and almost though I hit the jackpot when I learned that they just introduced a new top-up that includes free data. My smile quickly disappeared when I saw that it was just 50 MB...
Since I don't want a contract I'm pretty much stuck with what I have, at least it is the best pre-paid offer at the moment I think...

I have a 3G pda phone and still find more convenient to have one ordinary gsm line for the mobile and a data line for the netbook. If you carry both of them with you majority of time then it makes sense.
