Recommendation for Barber/hairstylist near Clarke Quay?

Hi all, just curious if anyone can recommend a good barber or hairstylist in the Clarke Quay or Robertson Quay areas. I searched the forum, but the last post was in 2007...any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

I live around the area and rather go to chinatown area, since its cheaper if you do color, treatment, rebonding etc

Liang court though is your best bet for that area, I've seen quite a few salons there.

I think its gonna be pricey though since its very expat centric, chinatown is a stone throws yet alot cheaper.

Barbers I'm not sure at all.

Jamie, thanks for the advice. I saw a hairstylist near the Japanese supermarket in Liang Court, but was hoping there were alternatives! (my friend said they messed up his hair).
