Is that supposed to be a bad thing? Are only Ang Mohs considered expats?
Some people most probably assume that.
Others assume that expats are only those who are on very lucrative compensation packages.

Outdoors, jogging, in CS or inside a private car, Ang Mohs are expats. Any other situation, tourists.
