Hi i just got married few months back, my wife was a vietnamese. and we register our married on last year and now she is on long term pass. Due to some mis-communication problem i put her as single. But she was divorce before. How can i go above solving the problem of this ? I admit that is my careless of not asking her properly what the paper about as it was all in vietnamese words. she didnt lie to me or whatever. Due to her limited chinese. Anyone know who can help ? going down to ICA this saturday to talk to them. would help ? Hope someone can reply me with some help.
