HI everyone,
Well the topic explains all. However for me it is a very special case, as i am tall and also high metabolism rate. Also I have a slight problem of absorbing the nutrients from the food in my small digestion. So is there anyway that I can get like bigger size or fat easily?

Hi,
still need to put you o the scale to see yr body and visceral fats...i have seen cases where individuals are skinny but the to fats indicators are high ...and when the fats are lose and they can better absorb protein and build up after going to gym....
if the fats level is normal, then i will suggest using g3 supperfruits juice to help in abosrbing nutrients. also build up protein intake in daily diet and go to gym.

From my own experience...Ahem...basically u just eat more carbs...just eat eat eat.And excercise at least 3times a week in the gym.Making a routine regime helps too.For hard gainers like us,It is best to do progressive weight training.Means that you dont carry weight that is comfortable for you.Carry around 5kg above your comfort level and do lets say 12 reps of 10.With 30sec-1min interval between them.Continue progressing with heavier weight every week and you will see that your muscle be bigger and stronger as you progress every week. What im trying to say is..Just eat more and work out more. And make sure you rest at least 24 hrs after every gym session.the trick is to break down your muscle during your gym session and give it time to repair when you rest.Just like a bone.a healed broken bone is stronger than it was before it was broken. Why?bcos newer and stronger cells/tissue is created and takes over the old ones when it repairs. It isnt a problem when you cant gain fat..Its a good thing. But nobody said you cant gain mean and lean muscle =D and make sure you stick to your regime.Unless you want to lose everything you worked hard for =D .This is from my personal experience..Its 4mths since i ORD from the army...and i lost almost 8kg of muscle mass. Some of my other friends gained weight..It all depends on your metabolism.and im thinking of going back training myself.Gd luck man hope this helps.

I wish I had that problem...
How old are you? Are you a guy?
Its really either due to genes, age or a symptom of endocrine problems e.g. hyperthyroid.
If you're young, then just let things take its course - I've seen my guy friends who are super skinny even though they ate alot and then gained alot in army, then when they started uni and work they started to get fat (and pale) or grew bellies.

To gain weight, eat lots of ice cream, chocolates, cakes and cookies, bread, pasta and rice. Eating at fast food places often will help you gain weight too. My friend did this and he gained weight.
