Hi Shadow 12
If the restaurants really want your service why don’t they apply work permit or S pass for you? As per my awareness individual can’t apply for work visa. If they told you get proper work visa basically they trying to cheat or ignore you. Go through http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal/en/home.aspx you can find more details.

Thanks for your reply; actually I’m not a qualified professional, that’s why I cannot apply for that. If I have any BSC or diploma I can do that.

I’m very hard worker, if I have the pass I know I can get a good job in restaurant , that’s why I’m looking for pass.

If any can please help me to get the pass, I like to pay for that.

Nobody can help you "get the pass". Only your employer can get you a pass, no employer, no pass. It's very simple. If you don't have the qualifications for a work permit, you are out of luck. Sorry.

If your employer told you, "go get a pass and then we will hire you", they are lying to you. There is no way to buy a pass, and making an offer to do so may even get you into some serious trouble.

I think you had problem understand what the others has told you.

CANNOT PAY FOR PASS.

PASS only can apply thru employer and approve by MOM.
There are no buy and sell section for the pass.

ANYONE caught by selling or buying the pass will be charge by the Singapore LAW. STRAIGHT out of Singapore and don't expect to return in further.

NO one can help you to get a pass.
ONLY the company that want to employ you, can get you a pass.

I think what the OP is referring to is the purchase of a no obligation work visa like the trend in the Middle East countries like UAE and Saudi Arabia where labour supply companies provide visa's for a premium and you are free to work with any employer.

Dont think this is at all possible in Singapore since the penalties for companies caught doing this is very serious.

I think you are in a better position to seek job opportunities in India and eventually do one of those scams to get an Indian passport, if your aim is to get out of Bangladesh.

Good luck but Singapore might not be the place for you sorry.
