Cash Card - how to get re-fund?

Hi All,
I am leaving Singapore, and have $20+ in my cash card (the one for car IU ERP/Parking etc).
Where do I go to have this card re-funded to cash?
Do I get back the deposit on the card too?

How to Get a NETS CashCard Refund
If you wish to refund your NETS CashCard, you may do so at:
1. Any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB for an immediate refund.
2. NETS office at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06 Central Plaza (beside Tiong Bahru Plaza)
during office hours.
Mondays to Fridays 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturdays 9.00am – 12.00pm
