Hi
My husband is working in SIngapore and I plan to join him in February. Since I felt I was suitably qualified I applied for EPEC a few weeks ago. Although I was told to upload my certificates, I have heard nothing upto now

Can someone please tell me how long it generally takes to get the outcome since I need to make plans soon!!
Thanks so much

Tamana,
where you told to upload your certificates during EPEC online application form ?
I've seen the EPEC online application, but there was no "upload certificate" button.
(my girlfriend will be in a similar situations soon. She will most probably apply for an EPEC in a couple of months. Any info will be highly appreciated)

hi, same thing happened to me.
actually i have already applied a week ago and have uploaded only 1 supporting document.
So, i sent an email to MOM and called the next day what should i do to upload the remaining docs.
They have checked my status and on its 7th day from the submission of requirements it is still on pending status.
I have read in the previous threads that the status is sent via email 2 days after uploading.
I was advised to withdraw the application and apply again for a new one and submit all the needed docs.
I have submitted the requirements yesterday.
i have yet to find out if the same thing will happen again.

Hey,
Its like this..
You apply on the site giving all your details at first, your highest qualification, second highest etc... If they are interested, then they ask you to upload the certificates onto the site.
If you have multiple qualifications, it might be useful to check the jobs in demand, and putting that as your first. I don't know about this very accurately but just a thought because I'm an English Degree holder plus a qualified accountant. I put my degree as the first because I thought that might hold more weight since I felt there was a need for English grads. This is only my guess, I'm not too sure if its relevant.
They are quite helpful, so I suggest you apply and then wait for them to ask you to upload your certificates. You can't directly mail it to them.
Good luck!

Please don't cross post the same request into other threads.

I have been asked to resubmit my H1B visa.
I am just curious as I already submitted the document I 797A which is the H1B approval.
I have all the supporting documents, to support my claim.
Am just a little bit anxious, as to why they have asked me to re submit. In my contention, this was a straight forward case.
Also, I have resubmitted the same document I 797A. With a note explaining the document. I thought they would have known about it.
Should I follow up with a call?
I have noticed that applications are being processed in stages. So acknowledgement of application is stage 1. Rquest to upload is stage 2. Request to re submit one or more documents is stage 3 and is probably a good sign, otherwise they would not bother you.
Tanama and others who have gone through resubmission, can you share your experience. And comment on this situation.
Thanks
