), easy going and open minded. I am very people oriented and sensitive to the needs of others. I'm an outside smoker so it would be convenient to be either on a ground floor or have a balcony. I also enjoy a few beers once or twice a week. Love to cook, paint landscapes, listen to music, read and watch movies! Also, love animals too, but don't have a pet because I have been traveling.
I can afford up to $1000. per month, but wouldn't be able to pay a security deposit until I get my first pay (March 1st)....smooth sailing after that! If your place is cheaper, than a security deposit would be possible. It would be nice to have my own bathroom, but not absolutely necessary. AC is a must as us Canadians melt easily in the heat. Internet in my room would also be nice.
