What is the max bonus in % of annual salary software developer may receive with investment banking? What do you think? Understand that precisely hard to say, but what it the usual practice?

The Max Bonus
One month's bonus is the standard minimum in Singapore (and is usually carved in stone in your employment contract). Additional corporate and personal performance bonuses are in addition to this: one more month's salary would be about the max for non-sales people in normal companies, but in the wild and crazy world of investment banking, who knows?
