Yes!BazaY wrote: where you able to apply for the LTPV for your fiance? My understanding is that you can do that only for wife/spouse/commo-law spouse.

Yes!
I heard of several other people that obtained the LTVP for their GFs, they were in the same situation as us.
I didn't check the DP details, so I can't tell the differences.BazaY wrote:
Would there be a difference for the company to sponsor a DP or LTVP ?
What does sponsor really means ?
He he.. I did a fast check on MOM-DP link:adione wrote:

Btw for the LTVP, you can check the application form, this section:
"PART 5 – DECLARATION BY LOCAL SPONSOR"
it give details about what the sponsor is declaring.
MOM LTVP link: http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal ... on.html#MA
I don't believe the OP even asked that question and, as he's been on the MOM site already, I'm pretty sure he's aware of that and it's probably why he didn't mention it. Course I might be wrong - it wouldn't be the first time!ksl wrote:Though she will not be allowed to work on the LTSVP!
What a very Diplomatic way of putting it, I think being involved in 2 hit and run accidents which involved in a death and then skipping the country if slightly more than a "driving problem"BazaY wrote:
PS: On the other hand, romanian consul in Singapore is "out of the game" for a while. Apparently he has some unsolved "driving problems". I was able to speak only with another employee which may not have all info.
Well, ... I agree with you, .. but It does not worth to get into details. Sooner or later, in a way or another he will pay for his actions.Saint wrote: What a very Diplomatic way of putting it, I think being involved in 2 hit and run accidents which involved in a death and then skipping the country if slightly more than a "driving problem"
