I am a qualified civil engineer with over 20 years of project management experience within construction. I have a wide range of experience including but not limited to construction of highways, tunnels, dams and high-rise buildings.

P.S.: I have been applying for some time now on different job sites and through different agencies but to no avail. I don't understand what seems to be the real problem. Is there any way that I could innovate with regards to the same?
