Recommendation on Dive Shops in Phuket

I will be going to Phuket over the CNY period. Not my first trip and won't be my last trip too.

Anyone has used a dive shop that is "tried and satisfied" to recommend?

The place opposite Mom Tri at Kata Noi is good - we did our OWD courses there. There was a young Scottish guy - forget his name - but he was excellent. You'll know the place as it is run by a South African couple who are quite charming. Just make sure you negotiate a little, and if possible, get a few freebies thrown in. I'd look the name up but I know our certs are at the bottom of a box which has remained unpacked since we moved here two years ago! HTH, Mr. P
