dependant pass holder looking for job

Hi, I am a dependant pass holder with Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Second upper division honour). I came sg for almost half year,still cant get a stable job, any recommendation? I have some experience in hospital lab and admin work.

Is a dependant pass guaranteed to be granted to the newly wed wife/husband of an EP holder or could the MOM reject application if it appears that...
