serviced apartments east coast

Post by skyblu22 » Sat, 09 Jan 2010 5:36 am

Hi we are relocating in 2 weeks and need to stay at a Serviced Apartment
until our furniture arives could take 2 months.

What would you recommend for a family of five with young kids, it also
has to be furnished. Within a medium budget of around 5k a month.

thanks

with your budget you can't get a service appartment for a big familly anywhere in Singapore. Service appartment generally is a condo which located in CBD area and very expensive. (one room studio up 5000$) However you can get a furnatured condo/HDB or hausing in east coast. Since you have a big familly, I suggest you look for a hause in that area. I know sb who rent a 200qm hause there for about 2500-3000$.
cheers for life!

Do a search for Lotus at Joo Chiat.

I was in there a couple of months are really nice but it will be a bit of a stretch on your budget however, all of a similar standard will be more expensive.

It would be around S$7k for a 3-bedroom fully Serviced Apartment there now, though just three years ago it was S$5k so it neatly reflects what has happened to the property prices on the island.

Joo Chiat at least puts you not far from the East Coast.
