if u r just looking for terrapin. u can find it in almost all of the wet markets over singapore. if u r looking for more exotic turtles, i guess u can try Qian Hu. It's a pretty famous listed fish farm/shop. i don't have time to help u get the address, but i'm sure u can get it on street directory online. talking abt exotic, i also think there's just a few turtles that are allowed to be kept as pets in singapore. dnt wanna break the law, do we? this is a "fine" nation.....

hi briceloh, very grateful to your help. i do not know the law in singapore. i have seen the turtles i want to raise in some lakes over singapore. unfortunately, i know people are now allowed to get them home. so i try to buy them in the fish shop. but failed. Now i know it is due to the law.

Exotic turtles are banned species in Singapore ! You can be fined for keeping them.
