anyone have best information for apply below :
How to apply HDB flat by rental, any rule for PR ?
any idea of rental flat near MRT near AMG, Yiu Gi Kang or Yishun,
or job hunter for me?

Try the online classified of the Singapore newspapers. Try Craigslist, try using Google.
