MSc(financial math/QF) in nus...

I am a undergraduate in nus(Math)..
my result is 2nd lower, if i apply for MSc of QF or financial math in nus, is there any chances for me to get one of them??

And, i am subsidize by sg government under Service obligation for undergraduate.. if i continue to study master after my graduation of degree, can i apply the service obligation for my master too??

second lower? i think it would be hard for you to gain an entry. they just attract the best mind from the world or if you have relevant working experience in finance, risk management area. but not harm to appy.
Anyway, i am gonna apply it with my couple years of financial working experience.

Hey guys hope you guys got in to this Msc Mathematics/QF course by now any feed back about this course iam planning to apply for 2012!!!

what is the requirements like??? is part time engineering grads elgible to apply??
