Another condo question

Post by skyblu22 » Mon, 28 Dec 2009 1:28 pm

I have done a bit of research and found out that 4 + 1 means 4 bedrooms plus study, but it doesn't say how many bathrooms. What is the norm as I
will be arriving in 10 days and am interested in viewing a condo at cote d'azur on east coast.

thanks

it definitely has 2 bathrooms. most apartments in singapore with at least 3 bedrooms have 2 baths. i hear the apartments there are small though!

4+1 means 4 bedrooms +1 hall(living room) and not the study. Normally 3 bedroom flats have 2 or 3 bathrooms. Considering that yours is a 4 bedroom, it should have 3 bathrooms at least.

4+1 in my book means 4 "normal" bedrooms and one maids bedroom which could be a bomb shelter, or windowless room.
