Anyone stayed in one northbridge or the sail at marina bay?

I am deciding between the two for Serviced Apartment. Prices seem to be different, the pictures of marina bay look gorgeous but I am worried that there might be construction nearby. Anyone stayed in either one of those places?

what I know if you stay in the sail

and your unit is around 54 level

the bedroom windows can oversee the IR .

I have the feeling it will be dam nice when IR is complete .

specially at night.

Good day , among icon residence , the sail , one Shenton and the Clift condo , which would be best ? Looking at good maintenance , good and well...

All are fine, but Icon and Sail for instance have no balconies.
Sail and 1 Shenton aren't the closest to grocery shopping unless you want to overpay...
