Do you have any recommendations for any specific good eye surgeon for eye cataract? I have contacted SNEC (Spore Ntal Eye Centre) and need to choose a surgeon. Any advice?
I had glaucoma, at the age of 45. My vision had gotten worse. I had cloudy vision that comes and goes. I too became depressed, but then I met Dr. Steve who treated my glaucoma. I am forever grateful. https://steveseah.blogspot.com/
Hi there! I am an optometrist and I used to work for an eye doctor. My advise to is look for a cornea refractive surgeon to do your cataract surgery. Cataract surgery (phacoemulsification) involves removing your eye's natural lens which has turned cloudy and replacing it with an artificial lens. The lens itself can actually be selected to correct any refractive problems like myopia, hyperopia or even presbyopia if you choose the correct surgeon. Meaning you will not need to wear glasses to correct your long or short sightedness and laohua. only qualified doctors with enough experience can give the most ideal outcome to the surgery.
