hello..
this may not be the right place to ask.. but never under-estimate Singapore Expat Forum crowds!

can i use Nikon EN-EL9a battery for D60?

I can't find anybody sell EN-EL9 battery (at least at places i usually visited, which is Peninsula Plaza). D60 is one of those discontinued cameras. the body is fit - but not the capacity. EN-EL9a is used for D5000. does anybody have any experience?

cheers, cinder.

As with any battery the voltage is the critical element.

You'd need to post some more tech info for a proper answer.

Usuallly manufactures adds a letter or number to a production series when the factory location changes or a mod has been applied or similar.

Chances are it will work but you'd need to check. Have you tried emailing Nikon ?

Good luck
