hey,
I have problem with my husband recently, and he decided to apply divorce, but I find I am pregent now, can he still continue to apply for divorce?
headache....i dont want to seperate..

Speak to your husband first to see if he is willing to make it work with you. If not, then speak to a lawyer. There is a good chance your hubby would have to provide a monthly income for you and the baby if you split up, so that could deter him from divorcing you.
There is some rule locally about needing to be married at least two years before you can get a divorce, so depending on when you were married it could take sometime before you can get a divorce anyway.
The best would be to stay together if you think your husband and yourself can provide a loving home for your child.
