Big Small nose

Hi all, i'm a guy and i'm new in this forum, i have this big small nose problem since i'm born, i wish to correct it but i do not know which surgery should i go for.

i dunno how to explain it clearly, whenever my own picture with handphone or camera 'close up' my left nose's hole is MUCH smaller than my right nose's, it is almost half the size and it look kinda freak and look very "obiang".

Any seniors can help? Many thanks!
