Where can I buy Chinese Lion statue

Post by SteveP79 » Sun, 13 Dec 2009 10:52 am

Does anybody know any good places to buy a pair of smallish outdoor chinese lion statues? Maybe like 10" tall?

I found a couple of places in Chinatown selling some, but haven't quite found exactly what I'm looking for yet.

Also does anyone have an idea what sort of price I should be looking to pay?

Thanks!

Try the Pottery Jungle - utterly huge selection of everything... and even if you don't buy something you will most assuredly enjoy the trip and shopping... not affiliated... yada, yada, woof, woof.

Good authentic shop on Chnagi Road just before Paya Laber/Geylang Serai near the corner of Telok Kurua Road. These are the genuine deals so expect to pay well for them.

These are probably called the " Fu Dogs" ..for fengshui right ? I do sell them being sold everywhere, but expensive.

Along Tanglin Shopping centre, there is a lane along St Regis hotel, there is one shop called "peach ..." dunno exactly the name. but they sell Fu Dogs of various sizes, price wise over $100 per pair.
