Candle Art & Candle Making

Post by Dr Wax » Thu, 10 Dec 2009 5:44 pm

Dear all art enthusiasts! I am personally very interested in using wax as a medium for art, for example the candle art. Anyone of you share the same interest? Do you have any idea where I can get the materials needed in Singapore?

Thanks much!

Any particular reason why you are using boldface type? You do know that it is considered rude or shouting on forums don't you?

I am sorry, I didn't realize that the text was bolded.
My apologies, didn't mean to be rude or anything.

Peace!

You can find all the material at Art friend. They are located at Brash Basah complex.
They also have a branch at Takashimaya.

Good luck with your candle art. I would also love to make candles but the space constraint does not allow me.

Thanks Xaria for the information!
I managed to get some of the materials there and made some container candles for christmas! :)

Actually, the process can be quite simple and may not require so much space. A simple hotplate and some simple kitchen appliances should suffice. :)

Any other people who share similar interest? I was wondering if there are any classes available here in Singapore.
