Urine Collection Sample Bags for Infants

Post by Nikki_Edie » Tue, 01 Dec 2009 12:32 pm

My doctor has advised I get a urine sample from my just turned two year old. he is still in nappies/diapers. I have been given a small sample jar but that is it. In NZ i am use to getting samples from the children using a stick on collection bag that sits inside the nappy. i have tried Mt Elizabeth hospital pharmacy and lots of community pharmacies with no luck. Any suggestions??

I don't know if they retail it anywhere. But I my daughter had to use one many years back. The ped I went to provided me with one. It was at the Singapore baby and child clinic. You can call up your nearest one to see if they can just sell it to u.
