Amit Ram,
Be careful what you wish for. Oh, as an HR Manager, I can also vouch for quite a few India Indians who are here on P2 and P1 passes as well. This is especially so in the Financial and IT sectors. The medical profession isn't far behind either. So I might back off the Bangla/S/WP knocks if I were you. You might think their accents are funny, but hell, as a Yank I think Aussie & British accents are funny as well, and the Welsh are totally incomprehensible but that's just me with my own brand of English accent. But, we Brits, Yanks, Aussies all speak English with English grammar & sentence structure as do the English speaking Indians from India as well. And at least, while their English is what is considered Shakesperian English of a couple hundred years ago, it is still proper English, albeit a bit too flowery for my liking (I've read thousands of Indian CV's in the past 14 years as a headhunter and HR Manager)! I've also read(?) my share of local ones as well - the less said there the better.
