Hello,
yesterday I cancel my EP because Im leaving from Singapore to work in other country of Asia. I have a DBS bank account and the questons are:

-I canceled my EP, automatically also my banck acount is cancel? I think no..
- Im not sure when I come back to singapore (6 months, 1 year), what u recommend? close the banck account?
- I can do transactions by Internet

If it doesn't cost you money or inconvenience to keep it open, then keep it open. Take the cheque book or ATM card with you just to make sure you can withraw funds at anytime from anywhere if necessary.

I have accounts in three countries where i used to live but no longer do.

yes, no problem to maintain minimum balance (500 SGD) and I can do operations via Internet. The main reason is because, sometimes, I will do some work based at home in other country to people from Singapore and I think is better If this people transfer the money to my singaporean bank account.

Then, any problem to have a singaporean bank account despite I am not more an EP holder right?

No.

Anyway, the bank doesn't want you to close it down.
