Hi,

We are moving to Singapore and are looking for landed properties as we have pets.
I'm just wondering about rental prices.
Some properties are listed as negotiable....
say on a property listed between 9-10k how much is the general range
to negotiate?

Can anyone recommend overseas property with good rental yield? Bangkok sort of came up my mind..any thoughts?

Personally I find security of title and taxation to be more important than yield (and forex risk). High yields often imply problems otherwise...

Does any know much about this organization and their transaction data - particularly in the context of rentals?

Are SRX's rent transaction figures...

URA collects the raw data, SRX then aggregates that data. The only problem I see is that some will try and manipulate reality by cherry picking data...
