Hi,

We are moving to Singapore and are looking for landed properties as we have pets.
I'm just wondering about rental prices.
Some properties are listed as negotiable....
say on a property listed between 9-10k how much is the general range
to negotiate?

Does any know much about this organization and their transaction data - particularly in the context of rentals?

Are SRX's rent transaction figures...

URA collects the raw data, SRX then aggregates that data. The only problem I see is that some will try and manipulate reality by cherry picking data...
