Hi Friends,
I am planning to rent an apartment through JTC. Few friends of mine are not recommending this, because of non-furnished house. Is anyone pls explain pros and cons of apartment renting from JTC.

I have a few friends there, and thinking about applying myself too later.
As far as I know, main advantage is that you don't have to deal with an annoying landlord, and the contract is renewable "almost" automatically if you want, so you avoid to move again every year. The price is kinda fixed, small hike every year
