Does anyone know of any good camera shops that can produce very good quality photos from 35mm film?

You mean fully analogue prints? People say good things about Ruby Photo at Peninsula Shopping Complex. I only buy films and chemicals from them so no personal experience. Another one is Fotohub - few outlets across the island.

Yeah - analogue prints. I've brought my ancient Olympus Pen FT with me [great camera] and was wanting to go somewhere that took care in the colour contrast of the photos... printing is not much of a big deal but I do want someone who knows what their doing when it comes to developing.

In that case perhaps Ruby Photo would be a better choice. They carry all the analogue materials for professionals. It looks like a family business so you may be able to interact with the person doing the actual job. I know they develop colour negatives/slides but not sure about wet chemical prints. Fotohub is a chain so less hope for interaction.
You may also want to check the local photo forum:

I recall questions like this asked there from time to time.
