Realistic Budget

Post by ilovemexmany » Thu, 12 Nov 2009 2:14 pm

I am relocating to SG in December from the US. I am trying to figure out how much I should/can spend on housing, as I need a clean, safe and comfortable environment. So I have come up with the budget below to see how much money I can spend on housing. Can anyone let me know if this budget seems fair, or realistic? Please keep in mind that I am not a person who lives on a tight budget, so let me know if I am being realistic in some any specific areas.

Monthly

Food/Groceries - 400
Cellphone - 150
Utilities to share (Water, electicity, internet, cable, etc.) - 200
Transportation - 200
Fun - 400
Saving - 500

Realistic or not? Missing anything?
