Does anyone out there know a reliable, and not too expensive, carpenter who would be able to build me a small fence in my yard? I also need some general handyman things done inside (hanging pictures, etc). I live on the East Coast. Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

If you walk along NTUC at Marine Parade road, there is a dry cleaner/handy man shop. I've used them before for general works in the home and have been very satisfied with them.
