business address

Hi, I tried to find the answer to my question on the forum, but didn't find any.

I would like to register a business as sole proprietorship. I wanted to use my home address to do it, but I've read that I need the consent of the URA to register a home based business. So I go to the URA website and I read that I need my landlord consent first. My landlord is the kind of fussy one. So for the moment, I don't want to ask her and try to figure out an other solution. I can't use a PO box address to register the business. Anybody has an idea?

Hello
I just registered my biz and live in an HDB rental so I was unable to list home as my address.

I've gone with a virtual office address - it's only costing me $94 for the year and they receive my mail, send me an email listing who it came from and I pick up at my convenience. Mine is in Peninsula Plaza.

Some of them offer free perks like a rubber stamp, a few hours free in one of their meeting rooms if you need it, etc

There are tons of virtual office services - just google virtual office Singapore.
