Best way to bring her here

Hi,
I need some advise from experts here, I am staying in singapore from last 3 years and my girl friend is in shanghai. I want to bring her here, How can i help her to get a job in Singapore?
Here are some highlights of her profile:-

1) 6 years of Banking experience - Agriculture Bank of China, Citibank Shanghai, Bank of Tokyo, Shanghai Branch - Currently ( As a senior Supervisor)

2) Great communication skills - Both English and Chinese

3) Posses 4-5 certification in Banking along with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Economics

4) She also works as a trainer in Bank of Tokyo, Shanghai - Frequent traveler to different part of china, Japan and Hong Kong to train junior employees.

5) Expertise in Risk Management and Operations.

6) Will become an assistant manager this January.

The only way she can get a job is based on her own merit as you are not married. You will be unable to prove a de-facto spouse status as you have not been cohabiting, so you can't get an LTSVP for her.

There is a recent surge in demand for Risk & Compliance related positions. You can ask your gf to try sending her CV to specialist recruiters, and see if she is able to find a job in Singapore on her own merits.

Of course, the fact that she is not based in Singapore is definitely a deterrent, but with the recent increased demand, she might get lucky.

She may try to talk with her bosses and ask for transfer...

Thanks for the reply friends...
i asked her to prepare her resume and start posting..!
about the transfer..she told that she is a chinese and the bank is japanese..
its not easy to get a transfer..but still she will talk with her boss regarding that..!
