EP on appeal, can another company apply for new EP?

Hi there guys! My EP application just got rejected a week ago and is now under appeal. Since it will take the appeal around 3 weeks I have decided to send out my resume to other companies. If ever another company wants to hire me, is it possible for them to lodge an EP application? Or do I really have to wait for the result of the appeal before any company can apply for another EP for me? Thanks so much in advance for the people who can enlighten me..

They can file for an EP application for you. If successful, you'd just have the other company cancel the application.

However, you'd be wise to insure that if another company is going to hire you that you get a sweeter deal or you might get rejected there as well.
