Hi all,

Read somewhere that exercising on the Power-Plate may help prevent osteoporosis.

Has anyone tried the Power-Plate machine before?

Exercise in general is good if you're looking to prevent osteoporosis, but also make sure you're getting enough Calcium and Vitamin D.
