my child's PR Application

Me and my husband are Singapore PRs. we are planning applying PR to our daughter. who needs to sign the application as applicant? ( Mother has singned in the passport.). also do i need to take the child to ICA to submit the application?

I would think both of you will have to sign the form, it wouldn't hurt doing that anyway.

I don't know whether you will have to bring your child along to ICA but an educated guess would be yes. I have seen plenty of toddlers at the ICA counters. If you want to know for sure just call the ICA hotline (number can be found on their webpage).
