How many posts till I am able to reply to PMs
I have been posting on the forum for a few weeks but still cannot reply to outing invitations privately messaged to my profile, does anyone know how many messages you have to type before you can reply or how many months you have to wait?
I really dont want to post uselessly just to get a quota up.
