Urgent! Pass Issue

Hi, I have some doubt about work pass issue!
My work pass is under appeal status, after been rejected by MOM. Then there is an interview coming up. If the coming job is accepted, can I cancel the pass that under appear? If yes, normally how long do it take?
Also should I inform the coming interviewer about my current situation?

Personally I think this is BS. CPF is savings scheme and not a pension. This is a bad outcome for Singaporeans etc who migrated to NZ.
