We just moved here and we need to know the good ballet school for my 5 years old daughter. Please help recommend.

The "serious" ballet school is Singapore Ballet Academy (SBA). The classes at at Fort Canning. Facilities are not great (no air conditioning), but they have the top teachers and are affiliated with School of the Arts (SOTA)

You could try Tanz Ballet @ The Ballettschule at the substation or west coast venues

Yeah I think you have a point TheRat. There is definite concern that Singaporeaness is preserved and the primary school system is where it starts.
