Hi - I am considering to let my condo apt and some students r interested to rent my plc - I was wondering how to fill the "tenant's name" if I let to them? Does it need to be only 1 person representing the group or I need to list all their names? Similar to letting to 2 people (who are not couple) how I would write it?
Since the apt has 2 brm, how many of them maximum can stay, say 4 or 5? Is there any regulations on how many people max for XYZ bedroom please? Should I just look for couples or singles for a piece of mind ?

Actually there are legal limits in Singapore to how many people can stay in an apartment, and condo management may impose their own rules. Both are for the same reason: to stop people turning apts into boarding houses.
Easiest solution is to ask your condo management for their advice, odds are you need to give them a copy of the tenancy agreement anyway.
