Basic English Lessons for maid

I have a fantastic Filipino Maid who has been with us for nearly a year now. The problem is that her English is extremely bad and it is now beginning to irritate me when she is unable to understand new instructions. Can anyone recommend anywhere I can send her for a course of basic English lessons please.
