Hi,
Am looking for a gym buddy to workout with at least 3-4 times a week. I am a member at Fitness First so am looking for someone currently a member there or willing to join. I am currently in a bulking phase and would love the extra motivation and support. Preferrably someone who has worked out before(longer than 6 months and can lift relatively heavy) and has some knowledge of safety/support when lifting(i dont mind teaching though if unsure).
Also, im only available to workout from 12pm-2pm (monday-friday) and after 6pm on the weekends. Hope someone can match my schedule. Stay Strong!
