Singapore Expats

Hi I'm looking for a good financial advisor in Singapore

Hopefully with the following attributes

1. Works on a time based billing system and not commission based
2. Will refund any commissions received from product providers
3. Good understanding of Singapore, Australia and International markets
4. Able to provide good reasons for choosing a particular investment product specific to my circumstances
5. Honest
6. Preferably an Australian but flexible on this point

In fact does anyone know of ANY financial planners in Singapore that are not commission based.

I am willing to pay a decent hourly rate for good quality services provided if I could find someone that meets my needs
